Arts & Culture Center
The Peoria Arts & Culture Center is the adaptive reuse and expansion of a 1906 Schoolhouse at the site of the City's historic downtown. The new spaces will support local arts and community programs, with an 'annex' addition for staff offices and to service the historic building. A buffer zone for outdoor gathering creates new opportunities for public art, exhibitions, and community events.
