The Phoenix Public Library Bookmobile Pad includes complete site development and design of a 1,000 SF structure for staff offices, storage, and a garage and maintenance bay to house a Phoenix Public Library Bookmobile. The intent is to fill the gap in library services for the Southwest Phoenix area, where no library branches exist within a 5 mile radius. The site serves as both a storage and maintenance shop for the Bookmobile vehicle as well as a touchpoint for in-person library services, complete with landscaping, shaded seating areas, and ample space for outdoor library events.
